Refund & Return Policy

Applicable for: Ceramic & Terracotta Vases, Lamps, Candle Holders

 Returns (Eligibility)

Time window: Within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items:

Custom/personalized pieces.

Items damaged due to customer misuse.

Sale/clearance items (final sale).

Slight natural variations in handmade ceramics/terracotta.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a broken or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp with the following:

Your order number.

Photos/video of the damage and packaging.

We will provide a free replacement (if available) or a full refund (including original shipping charges).

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund method: Same as original payment (bank transfer, card, or digital wallet). Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa.

 Non-Damage Related Returns (Change of Mind)

We do not offer exchanges or refunds for a change of mind on handmade fragile items due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please choose carefully.

Return Shipping

For defective/damaged items: Halcyon Hues covers return shipping.

For non-defective returns (if accepted): You pay return shipping costs.
