Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding Fridays & public holidays).

Handmade items (e.g., terracotta lamps) may take up to 7 days to prepare before shipping.

Shipping Charges & Carriers

Standard delivery (3-6 business days): Rs. 299 – Rs. 499 depending on location.

Express (1-2 business days within major cities): Rs. 699 – Rs. 899.

Free shipping: On orders above Rs. 5,000 (standard delivery only).

Delivery Areas

We ship to all major cities in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.).

Remote or military areas may take longer – we will notify you.

Fragile Item Packaging

All ceramic and terracotta items are packed with bubble wrap, foam sheets, and double-walled boxes marked “FRAGILE.”

Despite our care, courier handling is beyond our control. Please inspect the package at delivery: if the outer box is crushed or damaged, refuse acceptance and call us immediately.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or force majeure. We will provide a tracking ID within 24 hours of dispatch.

Undelivered & Unclaimed Packages

If you refuse delivery or fail to collect from the courier office after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. You will be charged a return fee of Rs. 400 + original shipping (non-refundable). No refund on product value if you do not pay this fee.
