1. Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to Halcyon Hues Limited. By accessing or using our website halcyonhues.co.uk  and purchasing our ceramic, terracotta vases, lamps, and candle holders, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

• All products are handcrafted or made from natural terracotta and ceramic. Slight variations in color, size, and texture are natural and not considered defects.

• We reserve the right to update prices, products, and these terms without prior notice.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.

• We attempt to display colors and sizes accurately, but actual results may vary due to your screen settings.

• Due to the handmade nature of terracotta & ceramic items, minor imperfections (e.g., small dots, slight asymmetry) are inherent and do not qualify as damage.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Applicable for: Ceramic & Terracotta Vases, Lamps, Candle Holders

2.1 Returns (Eligibility)

• Time window: Within 7 days of delivery.

• Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in same condition as received.

• Non-returnable items:

  • Custom/personalized pieces.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse.

  • Sale/clearance items (final sale).

  • Slight natural variations in handmade ceramics/terracotta.

2.2 Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a broken or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp with:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos/video of the damage and packaging.

• We will provide a free replacement (if available) or a full refund (including original shipping charges).

2.3 Refund Process

• Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

• Refund method: Same as original payment (bank transfer, card, or digital wallet). Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/Easypaisa.

2.4 Non-Damage Related Returns (Change of Mind)

• We do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind on handmade fragile items, due to hygiene and safety reasons. Please choose carefully.

2.5 Return Shipping

• For defective/damaged items: Halcyon Hues covers return shipping.

• For non-defective returns (if accepted): You pay return shipping costs.

3. Payment Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods (Pakistan)

• Bank Transfer – to our designated [Bank Name] account. Order confirmed only after payment receipt.

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa – via our official merchant account.

• Credit/Debit Cards – via secure gateway (if activated on your site).

4.2 Payment Security

• No card details are stored on our servers.

• You guarantee that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Shipment & Delivery Policy

5.1 Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding Fridays & public holidays).

• Handmade items (e.g., terracotta lamps) may take up to 7 days to prepare before shipping.

5.2 Shipping Charges & Carriers

• Standard delivery (3-6 business days): Rs. 299 – Rs. 499 depending on location.

• Express (1-2 business days within major cities): Rs. 699 – Rs. 899.

• Free shipping: On orders above Rs. 5,000 (standard delivery only).

5.3 Delivery Areas

• We ship to all major cities in Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, etc.).

• Remote or military areas may take longer – we will notify you.

5.4 Fragile Item Packaging

• All ceramic and terracotta items are packed with bubble wrap, foam sheets, and double-walled boxes marked “FRAGILE.”

• Despite our care, courier handling is beyond our control. Please inspect package at delivery: if outer box is crushed or damaged, refuse acceptance and call us immediately.

5.5 Delays

• We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, or force majeure. We will provide tracking ID within 24 hours of dispatch.

5.6 Undelivered & Unclaimed Packages

• If you refuse delivery or fail to collect from courier office after 3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. You will be charged a return fee of Rs. 400 + original shipping (non-refundable). No refund on product value if you do not pay this fee.
